Plot Summary (Back Cover): Grace and Tippi are twins – conjoined twins. And their lives are about to change. No longer able to afford homeschooling, they must venture into the world – a world of stares, sneers and cruelty. Will they find more than that at school? Can they find real friends? And what about love?

But what neither Grace or Tippi realises is that a heart-wrenching decision lies ahead. A decision that could tear them apart. One that will change their lives even more than they ever imagined…

My Thoughts: This book is special, not only because there aren’t many novels out there who take up conjoined twins as main characters, but also because the entire book is written in verses. (Thankfully for me, not at all difficult to read). It is a simple read with beautiful potrayal of all feelings that Grace and Tippi experience while growing up. I love how smallest details aren’t directly exposed, but been played around with words for the reader to unfold. Also, there are just enough details to keep the interest going until the end. Their everyday life, struggle adjusting to new environment with people giving them obvious stares, crushes & a decision that only they can make…all of it is a journey you will experience while reading the book.
Readers will love reading through the feelings of twins with unique personalities while celebrating their individuality. If your heart does connect to the book-as much as mine did- you sure will need a tissue for your eyes.

My Favourite parts in the book: My favorite part if mentioned here would be a spoiler, which I wouldn’t want to spoil for anyone. However, as for the speak able- I love the sincerity of Caroline – the reporter who films the lives of our unique twins.

Going to stay on my Bookshelf? Yes! The hard cover book is gorgeous from dust jacket to the inner embossing on the spine. (I am lusting over a hardcover again, isn’t it? I kissed it the very moment I unwrapped it- err…strange- not really..) But well… The book is a keeper! I love it ! Also, a hardcover at this price is a rare gem. Get it!

It took me a while to put down my thoughts about this book. Simply because this book is so special – the one that touches the reader’s heart. I read it the same night when it came, loved it from the first few pages & after a week, it stays with me. Justifies five stars *maybe more*!
