One can just let the chaos of the mind to untangle while chopping, squeezing, stirring, tossing, flipping, mixing, baking, toasting, grilling, steaming and experimenting with the endless possibilities.. And ofcourse ! Eating the masterpiece !!! Wait.. All this comes down to eating !! Oh.. Eating is a therapy !
